What's Provided by M&M Party Rentals LLC:
- Jumper/Waterslide/Interactive
- Tarp for water unit (depending on setup terrain)
- 50 ft extension cord
- 50 ft water hose
- misting hose for water unit
- proper securement of inflatable
- setup/pickup
What's to be provided by the Customer:
- Proper clearance for inflatable
- responsible for checking gate and site accessibility clearance (min 42"), and overhead clearance (no low power lines or tree limbs)
- setup area clean and clear of all debris, trash, and pet droppings
- water source for all water units (if customer requires more than the provided 50ft of hose, you can add additional hoses to your rental at checkout)
- proper electrical outlets for rentals requiring electricity (if you need a generator, please add it to your rental)
**NOTICE: M&M Party Rentals will NOT run extension cords through doorways for any reason, at any time. If you are unable to access electrical outlets without running cords through the door, please call to add a generator to your order. M&M Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to deny setup and your deposit will not be refunded. - No exceptions. **

If you must cancel for any reason, please call 713-476-8167 ASAP, to discuss. Cancellations and reschedules are ONLY acceptable with a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the reservation date for a full credit of your deposit amount. If proper cancellation notice is given, you will not be responsible for the remaining balance on your invoice.
Any Cancellations made under 24-hour notice of the reservation date DO NOT quality for a refund or reschedule. Please understand that unit(s) or item have been reserved for your use on that date. The rescheduled date must be within one year of the original reservation.
This policy applies to all items on your invoice, cancellation tables, chairs, concession machines or any other additional items will also have to be done prior to 24 hours before the date of your event for a credit on your existing invoice. Under 24 hours of cancellation, you understand that you forfeit the full deposit.
All rescheduled rentals and use of credit are subject to availability at time of scheduling. M&M Party Rentals LLC makes not guarantee that the originally scheduled unit will be available for your rescheduled date. M&M Party Rentals will make every effort to ensure that the same or equivalent option will be scheduled.
