Rental Policies & Agreements
- Rental Duration
- All rentals are for the entire day, with the latest pickup time being 10:00 PM.
- If you require the rental past 10:00 PM, we can arrange for next-morning pickup for an additional fee, subject to availability. These arrangements must be confirmed at the time of the booking.
- Delivery times will depend on our schedule for the day, but M&M Party Rentals LLC will strive to deliver at least 1 hour prior to the start of your event.
- Individual orders may require additional setup time, depending on the size and complexity of the rental. After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to coordinate delivery times.
- Cancellation Policy
- All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please contact us at 713-476-8167 as soon as possible to discuss your options.
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the reservation date will receive full credit of your deposit amount. This credit can be applied to any future rental within one year of the original reservation date.
- If a proper cancellation notice is given, you will not be responsible for the remaining balance on your invoice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Please note that all units and items are reserved specifically for your use on the scheduled date.
- The cancellation policy applies to all items on your invoice, including tables, chairs, concessions, and any additional items.
- Order Changes
- Changes to your order are subject to availability.
- If a significant portion of your order is altered, it will be considered a “Cancelled Order” and subject to the cancellation policy.
- Items removed from your order after booking that are not replaced with items of equal or greater value will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Weather Policy
- M&M Party Rentals LLC understands the unpredictable weather conditions in West Texas. For weather-related cancellations, you may reschedule your rental for any date within one year, subject to availability, provided the equipment has not been delivered.
- Severe weather conditions, such as a 55% or higher chance of rain, freezing temperatures, hail, or winds exceeding 20 MPH, qualify for weather-related rescheduling.
- Weather-related cancellations must be made the day before the event, not the day of. Once delivery has been initiated, the customer is responsible for the full invoice balance regardless of weather conditions.
- If weather concerns exist, M&M Party Rentals LLC will contact you 1–2 days prior to your reservation date to confirm. This is the time to discuss any weather-related concerns or rescheduling.
- M&M Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel rentals at the last minute if weather conditions do not permit the safe use of equipment. In such cases, we will work with you to explore available options.
- Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments can be made online through the link provided after booking.
- Full payment is due at the time of delivery.
- We do not accept personal checks. Checks from schools or churches are accepted only if drawn from the organization’s account.
- Purchase orders (P.O.s) are accepted from schools or businesses with established accounts.
- The person listed on the rental agreement must be the cardholder, present at delivery, and provide a valid state ID or driver’s license.
- Setup Requirements
- M&M Party Rentals LLC handles all heavy lifting and setup. Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area is:
- Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery: Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day of your event. Drivers will contact you 20–30 minutes before arrival.
- Pickup: Pickups occur no later than 10:00 PM unless overnight arrangements have been made.
- For public or non-residential setups, delivery and pickup times will be coordinated to ensure the equipment is not left unattended.
- Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked in the same location as delivered before pickup. Failure to do so may result in additional pickup fees.
- Safety Guidelines
- Clear, level, and free of sharp objects or debris.
- Free from pet droppings, as additional cleaning fees may apply if not properly cleaned.
- Accessible, with a minimum clearance of 42 inches for most units and 52 inches for larger units or obstacle courses.
- Free of overhanging tree branches or power lines.
- Notify us in advance if the setup will be on grass, concrete, or other surfaces. Proper anchoring equipment (stakes or sandbags) will be provided based on the surface type.
- Last-minute changes to the surface type (e.g., from grass to concrete) may result in delays or additional fees.
- For water units, M&M Party Rentals LLC provides a soaker hose. Additional hoses can be added to your rental at checkout.
- M&M Party Rentals LLC is not liable for damage to sprinkler systems or water lines. Customers must inform us of their locations in advance to avoid damage.
To ensure the safe use of equipment, please follow these rules:
- No food, drinks, gum, face paint, or party supplies (e.g., silly string) on or near the equipment.
- Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before use.
- No smoking or barbecues near the equipment.
- Do not climb, hang, or sit on inflatable walls.
- Always supervise the equipment with a responsible adult.
- Limit the number of users based on age and size. Avoid mixing small children with larger children.
- Do not allow pets, toys, or sharp objects on the equipment.
- Do not use the equipment during inflation or deflation.
- In case of blower failure, ensure all users exit the inflatable immediately and check for obstructions or tripped breakers.
- No shoes are allowed inside or on the inflatable units, at any time.
Liability Disclaimer
M&M Party Rentals LLC is committed to providing safe, clean, and properly maintained equipment. However, the customer assumes specific responsibilities and liabilities during the rental period. Please review the following terms carefully:
1. Equipment Condition
- The rental equipment is delivered in good working conditions, free from damage or defects.
- The customer agrees to return the equipment in the same condition it was received, with ordinary wear and tear accepted.
- Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period will be the customer's responsibility, as per the outlined below.
2. Customer Responsibility and Liability
The customer accepts full responsibility for any injuries to individuals or damage to property during the rental period. By agreeing to these terms, the customer releases and holds M&M Party Rentals LLC harmless from any and all claims, including but not limited to:
- Misconduct or misuse of equipment: Any improper or unsafe use of the equipment by the customer or event attendees.
- Customer negligence: Failure to follow safety instructions, neglecting to supervise equipment use, or not maintaining a safe environment.
- Unsupervised use of equipment: All rentals require adult supervision to ensure proper and safe operation. M&M Party Rentals LLC is not liable for unsupervised use.
- Failure to follow posted safety guidelines: Customers are expected to adhere to all safety instructions provided on the equipment or by M&M Party Rentals LLC staff.
- Alterations or modifications to setup: Equipment must remain as set up by M&M Party Rentals LLC. Any changes, adjustments, or modifications made by the customer are prohibited and void any liability coverage.
Note: For equipment and inflatables rented without an M&M Party Rentals LLC operator, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper setup, operation, and any resulting incidents, including property damage or injuries caused by improper use or negligence.
3. Right of Entry and Repossession
- M&M Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to enter the customers’ premises at any time to repossess the rental equipment if terms of the agreement are violated.
- No refunds will be issued if repossession occurs due to unsafe conditions, misuse, or non-compliance with the rental agreement.
4. Legal and Collection Fees
- The customer agrees to reimburse M&M Party Rentals LLC for any attorney fees, court costs, or expenses incurred to enforce collection or protect the company’s rights under this agreement.
- Legal fees will be no less than 50% of all sums due.
5. Restrictions on Equipment Use
- The customer agrees not to loan, sublet, or relocate the rental equipment to any other location or individual.
- All equipment must remain at the address specified in the rental agreement.
6. Damages and Replacement Costs
- The customer is responsible for the full replacement cost of any rental equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.
- For damaged equipment that is repairable, the customer agrees to pay for all repair costs, including labor.
7. Liability for Lost or Stolen Equipment
- If any rental equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the customer agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the item.
- This includes all equipment, such as inflatables, concessions, tables, chairs, and any additional rental items.
8. Liability Waivers and Acknowledgments
- The customer agrees to ensure all users (and their guardians, if applicable) of the rental equipment acknowledge and adhere to the safety instructions provided by M&M Party Rentals LLC.
- Liability waivers or acknowledgment of rental policies may be required for certain equipment or events.
9. Opt-out & support mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 432-233-0096. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@mmpartyrentalsllc.com or 432-233-0096.
10. Carrier Liability clauses
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. Message Frequency clause
As always, messages and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a message from us at least 3 times a month. if you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Additional Notes
- Proof of Insurance: Customers requiring proof of inclusion as an additional insured on our policy must request this in advance by emailing info@mmpartyrentalsllc.com. Administrative charges may apply.
- Adult Supervision Required: The customer must ensure that a responsible adult supervises all equipment at all times to enforce safety rules and prevent injuries.
- Manufacturer Guidelines: M&M Party Rentals LLC ensures all equipment is set up and inspected in accordance with manufacturer guidelines before customer use. The company guarantees that all equipment is free of defects or damage at the time of delivery/setup.
Important Reminders
By agreeing to these terms, the customer acknowledges the following:
- M&M Party Rentals LLC is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- For rentals without an M&M Party Rentals LLC operator, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring the setup of equipment is left as initially secured and placed by M&M Party Rentals Team and is responsible for the supervision and safe operation of the equipment.
